How do I receive my eSIM after purchase?

Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are delivered instantly to your registered email address as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Can I use ETravelSim on multiple devices?

An eSIM can only be installed on a single device. Once the QR code is scanned and the profile is activated, it cannot be transferred to another phone.

When does my data plan validity begin?

Validity typically begins the moment the eSIM connects to a supported local network at your destination, allowing you to install it before you travel.

Is my smartphone compatible with ETravelSim?

Our eSIMs work with most carrier-unlocked, eSIM-compatible devices including iPhone 11 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 or later.

What is your refund policy for digital products?

We offer a full refund if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical error on our end. However, once the data plan has been partially used, we cannot issue a refund.

Do I need to turn on Data Roaming?

Yes, for the ETravelSim to function correctly, you must enable 'Data Roaming' in your device settings for the secondary eSIM line specifically.
